In most cases, orders are shipped within 1-2 business days from the day an order is placed, excluding holidays and competitions.
An email will be sent to you with CanadaPost tracking number.
Orders placed with North Edge Ice Sports will be shipped via Canada Post. The address entered must be a valid Canadian address and cannot be changed once an order has been placed. PO boxes are accepted.
If you wish to ship to the US please select in store pick up and email us your shipping address in order for us to determine the shipping cost.
The inventory available on our website is very similar to that of our stores. At times, we will experience a high demand for a certain style in our stores and online, which may result in your item being unavailable. If this occurs, you will be notified about the unavailability shortly. Your method of payment will not be charged for this item.
Shipping and handling charges are determined by the size of your merchandise, excluding taxes and special offers.

No REFUNDS on jewelry, tights, bodysuits, consignment items (skates or clothing), any shop work (sharpening, blade mount etc) and shipping charges.
Any special order items require a 50% non refundable deposit.
If you decide not to purchase skates with us, you will be required to pay for the skate fitting appointment and this is non refundable.
In order to ensure we have the correct skate size for you, please ensure you fill in our skate fitting form.
